In its first ever feasibility study and capital campaign, WKBG increased donations 10 times in their first campaign.  Partnering with MG Caplan, they developed a three phased plan to acquire an adjacent historical home and convert it to their welcome center, expand their garden footprint with newly acquired acreage and plan a new visionary indoor/outdoor event space for special events.
